The concierge staff were impeccable; not only was the check-in process seamless, but they also provided personalized recommendations via WhatsApp for dining and local experiences. This thoughtful approach truly enhances the stay, making it feel both intimate and tailored to individual preferences. I was particularly impressed with the immaculate cleanliness of our room, which, despite being on the smaller side, was cleverly designed and equipped with all necessary comforts—a refreshing blend of functionality and style. What stood out to me was the tranquil atmosphere amidst the bustling city; one could easily unwind with a view of the serene canals that had me dreaming of future design inspirations.
